Excellent Service! We were leaving for ship at Porto Corsini during the Venice Marathon. Our hotel staff told us that travel would be difficult and a general mess. Not so! Luca was calm and answered my text promptly and assured me that we can definitely make our check-in time. Thanks to Luca I was able to keep my sanity. Thanks.again. So so happy with service and speed.
