Horrible! Italian / broken English speaking driver called at my pickup time approximately 9am stating she had car trouble & would be late. Also asked the location where I needed to be picked up! After multiple phone calls, she finally arrived 2 hours later at the wrong terminal & insisted that I had to walk to where she was parked!! Unbelievable, horrible service! No one from ur company reached out to me post encounter other than this standard email requesting feedback. I waited until my vacation had ended before relaying this horrible start to my trip
