There was delay at the airport and our scheduled driver was not available. After some time communicating via Whats app a driver named Toni arrived for our pickup. Toni was efficient and got us to our destination safely. Toni was not able to get us to the entrance of the hotel due to the narrow roads of Montepulciano so we walked with our luggage for the last 100 meters.
